Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Operations Analysts to support our Boeing Production Systems (BPS) team in Renton, Washington.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior Level Manufacturing Operations Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some position may also be rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience change if level 3 added
  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • 3+ years of experience with Project Management
  • 3+ years leading complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
  • 3+ years working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only.  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range for a level 3: $90,000 – $110,000

Summary pay range for a level 4: $106,200 – 129,800
