The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Contract Management Specialist (Senior or Lead) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Contracts, Negotiation, and Strategy (CNS) team in Renton, WA.

As a member of CNS, the core team within BCA Contracts, the selected candidate will closely partner with regional BCA Contracts teams and various BCA Finance organizations to perform the responsibilities summarized below.

The selected candidate will report directly to a CNS Director and will also work closely with (two) experienced CNS Contract Management Specialists, (three) CNS Directors, and the CNS Managing Director.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop into the Subject Matter Expert and review agreements drafted by regional contracts teams pertaining to:

  • PDP (Pre-Delivery Payment) Financing

  • Parent Guarantees

  • Various Assignments

Export Credit Agency (ECA) transactions

  • Co-lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of Consultant Agreements

  • Work closely with CNS colleagues to draft and review pro forma agreements used for BCA Contracts transactions

  • Develop and maintain process documents, instructions, and handbooks

  • Support organization compliance requirements (e.g. PRO and BPI (Business Process Instruction) reviews, updating PPS (Proscribed Parties Screening) training, etc.)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of customer-facing, or equivalent, experience

  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Master’s Degree

  • Experience with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced team environment

  • Experience presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Technical and/or working knowledge in airline, aviation, or aerospace-related fields

  • Experience working with various levels within an organization

  • Experience presenting to a variety of audiences, in large and small groups

  • Experience partnering or leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 4): $107,100 - $144,900

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 5): $130,050 - $175,950
