Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Enterprise Food Service Analyst to join the Enterprise Food Services team in North Charleston, SC.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to take the lead in managing food service contracts with external providers, ensuring they align with our organizational standards and deliver exceptional results. In this pivotal role, you act as the key liaison between our food service partners and multiple sites- driving communication, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Contract Oversight: Monitor and assess compliance with food service contracts, ensuring that external providers meet contractual obligations and service standards

  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with food service suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues

  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand site-specific food service requirements, ensuring that contracts are tailored to meet these needs

  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a bridge between food service providers and site management, coordinating activities and addressing any concerns that arise

  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to review and enhance food service contract processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in supplier management

  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data from food service providers to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern

  • Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and contract compliance, offering actionable recommendations to management

  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide guidance to site management on food service contract processes and best practices

  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to food service contracts, working collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams to develop effective solutions

  • Long-Range Planning: Support the development of long-term strategies (i.e. food service contracting, capital equipment replacement, etc.) ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

  • Budget Support: Assist in the preparation of budgets related to food service contracts, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into decision-making processes

  • Up to 20% domestic travel may be required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Accounting, Supplier Management)

  • Experience communicating across organizations with suppliers and leadership

  • Experience analyzing data to extract insights for strategic decision-making and planning

  • Experience using project management methodologies, including developing project plans, performance management, and managing issues and risks

  • Able to trvael up to 25% domestically

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s or higher in a related field

  • 5+ experience in food services / hospitality industry and account management

  • 3+ years of experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Access, Power BI, and Power Query)

  • Experience with risk management tools

  • Experience with maintenance software

  • Experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $98,600 - $133,400
