Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to join our IRCSC Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift!

The IRCSC Quality team plays a vital role in ensuring parts and assemblies meet type design, specifications, and engineering standards for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. By performing quality inspections, auditing, and collaborating closely with internal teams, this team helps deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality interiors for Boeing aircraft. Position Responsibilities:

  • Verify routine product conformance to design requirements

  • Provide objective evidence of inspection results

  • Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities

  • Identify and document discrepancies

  • Segregate and control non-conforming items

  • Conduct product reviews with customers during product or process verification

  • Verify compliance with customer requirements

  • Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience using hand tools such as calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, and go/no-go gauges

  • 3+ years of experience working with REDARS, IVT, or similar systems/tools

  • 1+ years of experience navigating CMES or similar systems

  • 1+ years of experience in quality assurance

  • Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures

Summary Pay Range: $55,500 – 65,500
