Boeing Global Services,Distribution Business is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL.

The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at the above-mentioned location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support review of proposals, contracts, FAA regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans. Collect data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability

  • Able to lead Global team to ensure material configurations support business requirements.

  • Train employees in technical drawings and how to implement new material requests per industry, customer, and company requirements.

  • Monitor and maintain technical documentation repository to support configuration management.

  • Train employees to material configurations based on OEM, FAA, and customer restrictions and requirements.

  • Review and audit system data to ensure material profiles are accurately maintained and updated as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6 or more years of related work experience

  • Strong material drawing/catalog recognition and interpretation between different design holders

  • Intermediate experience in all phases of Microsoft tools utilizing macros

  • Chart and analyze work queues to support team members

  • FAA authority and compliance knowledge

  • Proficient in aerospace hardware standards and specifications

  • Detail oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Related field of study

  • Lead or supported lean or process improvement projects

  • Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $67,000.00 - $95,000.00
