We are seeking an Intern - Global Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience to join our team and help shape the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience from onboarding to career development and beyond. This role will contribute to creating a workplace that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and supports the cultural integration of our values and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise Culture, Engagement and Employee Experience team deliver programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor employee engagement metrics and assist in analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activities
  • Assist in preparing reports on employee experience metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing action plans based on feedback and data to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Support the promotion of employee engagement through internal communication channels .
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and transparent communication with employees regarding policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and employee engagement tools.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Personal Attributes:
    • Passionate about creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
    • High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen, empathize, and support employees effectively.
    • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on projects effectively and ensure timely completion.
