The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) team are seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Jacksonville, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the Jacksonville Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul portfolio and beyond. As a key member of the team, you will gain strong understanding of the business imperatives of the program to unleash the power of our talent in all functions. You will also support and partner with leaders at all levels - management to non-management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deploys HR programs, systems and processes
  • Partners closely to leadership teams to create strategies to meet business needs
  • Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies
  • Conducts preliminary analysis of workforce planning analysis
  • Resolves or assists in resolving employee service requests including Worklife tickets
  • Conducts employee investigations and alternative dispute resolution cases
  • Provides consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices, processes as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion
  • Uses business intel to advocate on the behalf of the program to secure resources and any help needed from our functional partners
  • Partners effectively across the broader HR organization to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business
  • Influences HR priorities, skill and talent discussions, development programs, resource deployment, etc.
  • Contributes to the development of a high performing culture
  • Partner with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including Centers of Excellence (COE) and build relationships based on trust, credibility and experience
  • Maintain presence on the floor with manufacturing employees

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Administers HR programs, systems and processes
  • Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies
  • Resolves or assists in resolving employee service requests including Worklife tickets
  • Conducts employee investigations and alternative dispute resolution cases
  • Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions
  • Provides consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices, processes as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion
  • Partners effectively across the broader HR organization to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business
  • Assists in creating engagement plans to cultivate an inclusive work environment
  • Collaborative teamwork across HR Centers of Excellence teams to deliver world-class HR services to the supported employees
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and curiosity

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. This required location will be Jacksonville, FL.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • 1+ years of experience developing and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • SHRM or HRCI certification
  • Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners
  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; high-impact communication style

Shift:

This position is primarily 1st shift. This position requires schedule flexibility on occasions to support business need(s).

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $65,450 - $96,250
