Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Business Process Analyst (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Heath, Ohio.

This an exciting opportunity for a Site Delivery Focal that would facilitate and support the Boeing Enterprise Shipping System (BESSy) Process and provide Shipping Stakeholder Integration and support. This role will also manage Repair and Production Shipper and DD250 Information into the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). 

Additionally, this high visibility position will work collaboratively with the Government Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Material Control Personnel, Transportation Analysts, Quality SMEs, and Project Management Specialists.

This critical position will access and manage Data Flows in the DoD, PIEE System and will have a working knowledge and understanding of Gold ESP, Braids, CCS, EDA, WAWF, and IUID BUS Systems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • With oversight, assists in facilitating process management teams
  • Assists in facilitating appropriate use of process methods and tools within a structured or defined environment, such as team meetings
  • Assists in collecting, analyzing and documenting requirements from process owners
  • Participates in documenting business processes and data models
  • Understanding of current strategic initiatives
  • Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and implementation activities
  • Understands the customer's processes
  • Identifies customer requirements for user acceptance testing to verify system functionality, quality, and accuracy
  • Demonstrates knowledge of general database concepts
  • Participates in peer-group reviews of designs and creates and maintains documentation
  • Uses established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments
  • Supports efforts to eliminate and/or consolidate process documentation
  • Assists in applying process standards, guidelines, methods and tools

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 3 years of experience in working with databases and interpreting data
  • More than 3 years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 3 years of experience extracting and compiling data from multiple sources
  • More than 3 years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
  • More than 1 year of experience in Project Management
  • More than 1 year of experience in Materials Management
  • More than 1 year of experience working in supply chain/logistic and material warehousing

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $70,550 - $87,150
