Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Associate) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Validating shop/supplier schedules and ensure schedules are performing to plan

  • Ensure data in systems accurately reflects current status

  • Developing solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organizational objectives

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis/end of month escapes analysis

  • The candidate will serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for their orders and be expected to brief leadership on major matters pertaining to the performance and delivery of their transactional spare requirements

  • Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture

  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts

  • Primary systems and tool’s include PC Queries, BRAIDSS, Compass Contract (DG11), MESci, SCARS, SMPP, NWP, MS2, GOLD, and Microsoft Excel

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • 1+ years experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • 1+ years experience working in Supply Chain Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).

  • Basic understanding of constraint process

  • Experience in using production control systems: BRAIDSS, MESci, Compass Contract (DG11)

  • Experience in using the GOLD system

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $63,750.00 - $86,250.00
