  • Support integrations by validating data flows, monitoring scheduled jobs, and coordinating with integration owners to resolve discrepancies

  • Participate in change management: help prepare requirement summaries, execute user acceptance test cases, log defects, and document results

  • Maintain operational documentation: runbooks, knowledge-base articles, simple dashboards and reports on contract status and key metrics

  • Provide project support: track action items, update schedules, prepare meeting notes, and help communicate status to stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience in systems support, finance systems, contract administration, or a related area

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
