Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization currently seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Strategy and Integration Lead to join the Total Quality HR team. This role is based in Everett, WA or Renton, WA.

The Strategy & Integration lead is responsible for project management, service delivery and HR integration for BCA Total Quality.  The role will utilize data analysis and insight to form longer term objectives and priorities delivering integrated and holistic solutions.  Strategic understanding of the business and attention to detail are paramount to success in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily executive support to the HR Director of Total Quality to align, connect, and coordinate business and functional activities
  • Create and drive an integrated concept of operations (ConOps) to integrate BCA, Total Quality, and HR operating rhythms delivering a cohesive People strategy
  • Coordinate with peer BCA Strategy & Integration teammates to ensure alignment, share best practices and advocate for the needs of Total Quality
  • Lead, support, execute key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary integrator for Total Quality talent management activities including executive selection and movement ensuring coordination with BCA, Airplane Programs, Manufacturing function and other stakeholders
  • This role may support a business partner to quickly respond to the needs of the business

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Adaptable and independent critical thinker with a high level of initiative
  • Strong communicator with experience of working at all levels (individual contributors to executives) in a dynamic environment
  • Change leader with demonstrated strength in working in matrixed teams and executing streamlined solutions for complex business challenges
  • Passionate about data analytics and masterful in Excel and other data analytic tools, knowing how to identify trends and escalated risks/concerns and develop recommendations
  • Consultant who knows how to influence others, develop and maintain working relationships, and deliver results and/or expertise for a business partner in a professional manner
  • Superb planner who drives team success through coordination, integration and foresight

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and the ability to present complex data clearly

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $163,750
