Boeing’s Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is currently seeking a talented and creative Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise Support team.

This opportunity is available at any of the following Boeing sites: Auburn, WA; Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • PACE Communications Focal: Lead coordination and strategy of all PACE communications, including content collaboration and development of email and video messages

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key messages and objectives, and develop visual stories that effectively communicate these ideas

  • Create visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, and other high-stakes events, ensuring alignment with Boeing branding guidelines

  • Project Web Application Admin: Maintain PACE Portal  

  • Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization

  • Meet with leadership to gain approval

  • Ensure follow up action for issue resolution

  • Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management

  • 3+ years of experience in writing communications for senior executives and other leaders

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Experience in visual storytelling, internal team communication, graphic design, education design, and presentation development

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $107,950 - $156,400
