The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-level or Senior Project Manager to join the BCA Production Engineering Core team in Everett, WA to support business partners and teammates across the enterprise.  You will work providing high impact, creative solutions to complex problems both independently and as part of a team environment.

In this role, you will support the four functions under Production Engineering which are Equipment and Tool Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Liaison Engineering and Industrial Engineering. You bring to this role experience with traditional and agile project management best practices and tools, expert facilitation and collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience communicating with technical and non-technical personnel at all organization levels is crucial to this position along with demonstrated leadership in driving issue resolution and mitigating project risk.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ experience in project management, program planning, or business operations
  • 3 or more years’ experience in advising and influencing managers and non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
  • 3 or more years using project management best practices and tools
  • 2 or more years interfacing with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, PMBP, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study
  • 10 or more years’ experience in project management, program planning, or business operations

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

  • Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level 3): $93,500 - $115,600

  • Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $115,600 - 156,400
