Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) to join our Secondary Structures Sourcing team in Everett, Washington!

The Sourcing Procurement Agent is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to procure goods and services that meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies to support the organization’s operational needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service capabilities.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Heavy collaboration with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards maintain a first pass quality mindset
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and new sourcing opportunities.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
  • Heavy coordination with various internal and external stakeholders that provide input on Sourcing’s recommendation and path forward
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required) 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): 

  • 1+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes 
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings 
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
  • 1+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)  
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)  
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $68,400 - $79,500

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $84,600 - $98,500

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $108,000 - $125,500
