Boeing Global Services-Supplier Management/Repair Management Supply Chain organization is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent/Supply Chain Specialist(Level 2) based out of Boeing Dallas, TX. The role will support multiple aspects of the Supply Chain Value Stream including repair, supplier relations, forecasting and component repair execution in support of Boeing programs.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with program cross-functional leaders to enable the Supplier Management/ Repair Management business to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and orders, including urgent material tracking and status communication.

  • Monitor and control timely processing of unserviceable and serviceable return components from customers to suppliers, including dangerous goods.

  • Process material returned from customers and handle documentation associated with repair items, certification, and warranty claims.

  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.

  • Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Intervene in shortage and AOG situations by ensuring criticality is understood and appropriate action is taken by the extended supply chain.

  • Coordinate with customers and Boeing functional teams to meet schedule demands and Service Bulletin requirements.

  • Provide timely program communication, leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Assist in interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions while consulting with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

  • Assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points, quantities, and optimize inventory balancing supply orders with scheduled demands.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience proficiently using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Over 1 year of experience working with analytics, data, and spreadsheets to develop presentations and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or procurement practices and processes

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

  • Over 1 year of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools 

  • Over 1 year of experience in Aerospace Repair Management or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment

  • Experience leading projects that require cross functional integration

  • Experience working with SAP

  • Experience working with MRCM and/or Aeroxchange

Summary Pay Range: $54,000 - 76,000
