Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Services is looking for an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist to join our team in Coppell, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Position is to provide support to the Quality Assurance Department for customer order verification, in compliance with Boeing procedures, Regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.) and customer requirements.

  • Primary role will be to perform complete part inspections on customer orders, determine FAA approval type and part application.

  • Complete 8130-3 and non-regulatory documentation (ATA 106). Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work in other QA areas as directed by QA Leadership.

  • Route work according to its weight requirement and re-direct if necessary. Complete verification compliant to Customer flow down requirements.

  • Enter information in SAP and scan material in and out of QA.

  • Documentation verification · Certs and reports · Parts and scanning · Additional task as directed by Supervisor · Complete part inspection on customer orders.

  • Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance systems.

  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Reviews rework dispositions. Assists in product reviews with internal customers during product or process verification. regular and predictable attendance is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2 or more years of related work experience

  • Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures

  • Ability to read and understand 8130 documents

  • Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)

  • Detail oriented, analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Experience working with SAP

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $42,000 - $59,000
