Our Global Sustainability Reporting & Governance team has an outstanding opportunity for a Sustainability Reporting Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level). The successful candidate will be a strategic problem solver with a passion for sustainability and strong attention to detail, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. We are looking for someone to assist with our environmental, social, and governance reporting efforts, aiming to improve disclosure and governance practices. This role will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and address stakeholder expectations.

This position can be located in: Berkeley, MO or Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support sustainability reporting activities including the annual enterprise Sustainability report, EcoVadis survey, CDP reporting and inputs to other company reports (e.g. Proxy Statement, Annual Report, etc.) 

  • Develop responses for sustainability surveys and inquiries from external audiences including customers, investors, and more; coordinate internally to support responses and gain approval 

  • Enhance data governance efforts and control practices in support of all reporting needs, including automation and tool development 

  • Monitor sustainability reporting trends and landscape; develop insights 

  • Engage externally and internally to benchmark and share best practices and standard methodologies

  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills for internal and external audiences at all levels 

  • Strong attention to detail; analytical approach with strong project management skills 

  • Critical thinking, problem solving and strategic decision making  

  • Collaborative approach to teamwork & partnership 

  • Ability to establish relationships and build trust with peers, business and functional partners, customers and leaders; able to work with employees across all levels and engage externally  

  • Proficient in presentation development/PowerPoint and data analysis/Excel 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience in sustainability, reporting, project or business management, strategy and/or planning 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 3+ or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with sustainability/ESG and/or data-rich, regulatory reporting 

  • Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, disclosures and rating agencies 

  • Experience with reporting data platforms (e.g. Workiva) a plus

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Associate (level 2): $73,100 - $105,800

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,100 - $129,950
