The Boeing Company’s Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager supporting Air Dominance Production Programs to join their team in Berkeley, MO.

Join the team that builds and enables the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft—including the F-15, F/A-18, F-22, MQ-25, T-7 and F-22. In this role, you’ll help directly shape the teams behind these legendary products, enabling mission-critical innovation and national defense.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners in support of cross-functional program leadership teams
  • Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance
  • Support and execute key HR processes including performance management, employee movement, talent planning, and workforce development
  • Use data and people metrics to identify trends and inform decisions that enhance employee experience and business results
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture by advising on employee and labor relations matters, change management, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as compensation, labor relations and training
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, recognition, and leadership capability across supported teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 5+ years to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

  • Experience coaching or teaching others towards improved performance or meeting developmental objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification

  • Experience in talent strategy and employee engagement

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change and geographically dispersed populations

  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $108,800 - $147,200

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
