Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an F-15 Senior Operations Program Analyst to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO!  

The F-15 Senior Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning and execution of projects
  • Communicates across the enterprise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements
  • Develops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production
  • Provides high level analysis of product development initiatives for manufacturing, program and support organizations
  • Oversees program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products
  • Develops strategic plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company goals
  • Develops and evaluates new methods and tools
  • Mentors and coaches others
  • Works independently

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience with Lean principals and experience with process optimization methodologies
  • 5+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
  • 5+ years’ experience observing, collecting, and analyzing data in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to compile and present reports of a technical nature
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to cross-functional partners, including senior and/or executive leadership 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience on the F-15 program
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Summary pay range: $119,850 – $162,150
