Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a motivated Experienced Systems Engineering Technical Specialist to support the F-15 International Programs located in Berkeley, MO.

The candidate will report directly to the F-15 International Programs Chief Engineer and be part of a dynamic Systems engineering team supporting development programs across multiple countries. The candidate must be able to span organizational silos and be capable of collaborating with technical subject matter experts and engineering leadership. The candidate will be provided with challenges, growth opportunities, and recognition for superior performance. 

The successful candidate will manage and support key engineering processes and tools to ensure effective coordination and compliance within the engineering organization. This includes managing the Engineering Review Board activities, maintaining engineering collaboration platforms, overseeing configuration management documentation for the F-15 platform, and managing program and technical performance metrics. The role requires technical understanding to facilitate engineering discussions, document meeting outcomes, and track action items. Additionally, the individual will support team meetings and assist with staffing actions and analysis to meet organizational needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Engineering Review Board meetings, including preparation, meeting facilitation, capturing minutes, and tracking action items

  • Performs records and information management, and supports team meetings

  • Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs

  • Manage and maintain the Engineering SharePoint site and SEIT website to support engineering collaboration and information sharing

  • Oversee the F-15 platform configuration matrix, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards

  • Support team meetings by documenting minutes and action items, ensuring follow-up and closure

  • Assist with staffing actions and perform staffing analysis to support organizational planning and resource management

  • Provide consultation and support for the use of engineering tools, processes, and standards within the team

  • Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders to support business needs and process improvements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ years of working experience with a Bachelor’s OR 4+ years with a Masters OR 10+ years related work experience

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Experience utilizing and managing SharePoint sites.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting engineering teams

  • Experience with Fighter Aircraft Systems (e.g. F-15, F-22, F/A-18, F-35)

  • Experience with Tool automation (e.g. Power BI, Workflows, etc.)

  • Experience with engineering metrics, data, and presentations.

  • Experience building and presenting plans or recommendations to senior leadership

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $84,150 - $113,850
