Boeing Commercial Airplanes(BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the Fabrication Fulfillment Core Strategy and Integration team located in Auburn, Washington; Everett, Washington; Portland, Oregon; North Charleston, South Carolina or Salt Lake City, Utah on first shift.

The Supply Chain Analyst will have responsibility across all airplane programs. This position will be responsible for helping Fabrication build a bridge to our next generation of Material Requirements Planning systems (Digital Transformation). The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutions.

  • Leads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques.

  • Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers.

  • Investigates complex ordering conditions.

  • Develops and implements new ordering methodologies.

  • Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.

  • Creates complex schedules.

  • Develops materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.

  • Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for SCM.

  • Recommends changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies.

  • Leads teams and is responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the improvements they contribute.

  • Works under minimal direction.

  • This is a First/ Morning shift position. Must be willing and able to work this shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management analysis or materials management analysis

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting

  • 3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials

  • 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

  • Must be willing to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary pay range (Level 3): $86,400 - $101,000

Summary pay range (Level 4):$104,400-$122,000

North Charleston, SC.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $81,000-94,500

Summary pay range (Level 4):$97,200-$113,500

Salt Lake City, UT.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $81,000-$99,000

Summary pay range (Level 4):$97,200-$118,500
