Job Description Summary:

The Boeing Fabrication Business Operations team is seeking an individual contributor to join our core team in Auburn. This role will be responsible for integrating and project managing a variety of aspects of business operations, including but not limited to, risk, issues, and opportunities, management system and information (MS&I), directives and memos.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination of the Directive and Memos process within Boeing Fabrication. Support and guide stakeholders through the process
  • Project manage large scale Directives impacting multiple business units, this includes but is not limited to, gathering scope & requirements, schedule, risk, issues, opportunities, and financial impacts.
  • Proficient at preparing and delivering presentations at an executive level.
  • Ability to build relationships across functions and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Conduct reviews and revisions of existing process documents
  • Support the development and maintenance of training materials and standard work instructions
  • Knowledgeable in modern digital tools for managing large amounts of information is an asset

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management
  • 3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project Management Professional designation asset
  • Experience with PowerAutomate and SharePoint an asset
  • Experience with applying AI technologies for process improvement an asset
  • Experience working with BCA Work Statement Management process
  • Experience working with CITAP process

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Level 3 $96,000 - $103,000

Level 4 $118,000-$128,000
