Boeing Poland is looking for the Engineering Team Lead to join our Customer Support team in Rzeszow, Poland.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, lead, and perform detailed structural analysis (static strength, durability/fatigue and damage tolerance) to determine structural integrity (margins of safety), using classical techniques and Boeing tools
  • Develop, integrate and document structural requirements
  • Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment
  • Verify structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance
  • Lead a team of stress analysts and provide coaching across all levels
  • Develop tasks scheduling, manage and report products progress and release schedule
  • Develop new materials, methods, tools, and procedures to support the project
  • Work under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

  • 3 or more years' of experience in Aerospace industry
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • English: Intermediate level or higher
  • Stress Analyst familiar with static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis
  • Technical English write/speak (intermediate level or above)
  • Deep knowledge of the Aircraft Structure
  • Existing authorization to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading engineering teams
  • Familiar with FAA regulations
