Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join the HR Operations team in Renton, WA or North Charleston, SC. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including experienced and senior Level generalists to find the best fit for this position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

  • Lead projects that streamline HR priorities and goals to improve HR service delivery through key HR processes and tools

  • Develop solutions to business objectives that require ingenuity and critical thinking

  • Contribute to a culture that promotes superior customer service and enhances a positive employee experience at the center of HR service delivery

  • Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

  • Communicate and collaborate with HR peers, leaders and key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects or processes

  • 3+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amount of information with attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience creating metrics that matter

  • Experience with hourly/union workforce

  • Experience in Workday HCM

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 - $118,450
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $150,650
