Job Description

Our Boeing Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team is seeking a Senior Facilities Contract Analyst (Level 4). This onsite position located in Heath, Ohio involves effective collaboration, strategic leadership, and relationship management with stakeholders across the Heath site and our IFM (integrated facilities management) partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and lead relationships with our supplier & site business partners

  • Optimize requirements with our IFM (integrated facilities management) partners 

  • Collect & use best practices across GREF, our existing supply chain and external benchmark operations

  • Leverage lessons learned and standards from facilities projects in operational aviation, manufacturing, materials testing laboratories and a range of office environments 

  • Perform risk identification, planning and mitigation planning; monitor critical contract to determine compliance

  • Initiate capture plans for all service escalations and improvement opportunities, defining strategies and solutions

  • Advise other functions interfacing with the IFM teams regarding defined approaches and optimal strategies

  • Integrate functional technical requirements & specifications of project management, real estate, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), security, HR & IT, within IFM work statements, processes and practices

  • Communicate and influence among multiple stakeholder levels (e.g. internal business partners, service end users, peers, senior and executive management, and suppliers)

  • Facilitate team relationships to ensure thorough understanding of organization's needs, requirements, and continuous improvement of contractual processes

  • Create and deploy schedules based on system, customer, and regulatory requirements

  • Exercise considerable latitude in addressing complex issues

  • Use project management tools and industry recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedule

  • Prepare and present reports with options and recommendations that may have regional impact

  • Support development of budget and long range business plans

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Heath, Ohio.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • 5+ years of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a related field

  • 3+ years of experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Access, Power BI, and Power Query)

  • 3+ years of experience with risk management tools

  • 3+ years of experience with Maximo, Corrigo or similar maintenance software

  • 1+ years of experience with an integrated facilities management

  • Experience providing technical support & troubleshooting assistance for CMMS systems/processes

  • Experience with quality audit to relevant ISO standards

  • Experience with strategic long range business plans

Summary pay range: $98,600 - $133,400

Security Clearance
