The Wheel and Brake Associate Technician (Level B), will execute the wheel and brake production plan and will be responsibilities to follow all safety and quality policies and insure productivity goals are met. This will require that they be available and willing to work in all areas of the shop including, but not limited to, receiving, disassemble, cleaning, painting, assemble and shipping as required. Position is located in Dallas, TX.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Experience working under FAA 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Regulations

  • Knowledge of aircraft mechanical component and repair procedures

  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with efficiency

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in a FAA Repair Station environment experience

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
