Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate-Level Shipping/Receiving Specialist assists with initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers. Processes receiving/shipping documentation. Packages and processes shipments. Assists with maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies in Coppell, TX.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

  • Knowledge of operating procedures for packaging and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, walking stackers, carts, dollies, box tapers).
  • General knowledge of transportation, shipping, receiving, and storage procedures to understand and identify potential requirements and impacts (e.g., Electrostatic Discharge [ESD], hazardous material, OSHA, EHS).

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

  • 3+ years warehouse experience
  • Must be able to list 35 lbs. regularly
  • Must be able to stand for extended period of time to successfully perform the job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Forklift Experience – sit down and stand up, side reach and electric pallet jack-Hazmat Shipping and receiving Certification.
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $31,900 to $52,900
