Boeing India Next-Gen Data and AI Platform enablement team is looking for a strategic and results-driven Lead Product Specialist to lead our Microservices Strategy, Cloud Platform Products, and Data Marketplace initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these critical areas, ensuring that our offerings meet customer needs and drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our cloud capabilities and data services.

Position Responsibilities:

•    Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for data products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
•    Cloud Technology Expertise: Leverage your expertise in AWS and GCP to guide product development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of data solutions.
•    Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing development processes.
•    Project Management:
o    Track project progress with technical teams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
o    Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
o    Proactively identify and communicate red flags or potential roadblocks, facilitating timely discussions with stakeholders to address issues and mitigate risks.
•    Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that data products adhere to industry standards and regulations, implementing best practices for data governance and security.
•    Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
•    Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
•    Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive product documentation and training materials to support internal teams and customers.

Basic Qualifications:  
•    12+ years of product management experience
•    Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on data engineering, cloud platforms, and data marketplaces.
•    Strong understanding of data engineering & cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud,).
•    Strong understanding of data management and data monetization strategies.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
•    Experience with SAFe agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. ADO).
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•    Ability to learn and adopt new tools and processes. 

Typical Education & Experience:
•    Technical bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) is preferred.
