Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a SeniorBusiness Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC)team based out of Everett, Washington.

Jump at this exciting opportunity with ESRC Business Operations to drive the business as a member of our Work Statement Management team!

This role provides an opportunity to build and leverage relationships across BCA and the Boeing Enterprise to provide essential proposal and project integration support for the Electrical capability.  You will lead cross-functional teams through impact assessments and recommend a course of action to executive leadership.  Bring your curiosity and flexibility.  Let’s get to work!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation
  • Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case
  • Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
  • Identifies risk and opportunity and potentially develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
  • Meets with leadership to gain approval
  • Provides implementation direction for work authorization
  • Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance
  • Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution
  • Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
  • Develops executive-level briefings
  • Leads the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or business operations role
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of Contracts experience
  • 5+ years of Project management experience

Summary pay range: $116,000 - $136,000
