401(k) Matching
Our best-in-class 401(k) plan matches your contributions dollar for dollar, up to 10% of eligible pay for nonunion employees. For union-represented employees in St. Louis, the Boeing 401(k) matches 75% of the first 8% of eligible pay contributed to the Boeing 401(k).
Tuition Assistance
We’ll pay your eligible tuition and expenses so you can enhance your skills and learn new ones, with up to $15,000 per year for bachelor’s degrees and $25,000 per year for graduate degrees.
401(k) Student Loan Match Program
If you are a nonunion employee and enroll in this program, then your qualified student loan payments are counted, along with any match-eligible contributions you make to the Boeing 401(k).
Paid Parental Leave
