The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-LevelIntegrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in San Antonio, Texas. The selected individual will support the F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS) program. The position aligns to the BGS Engineering capability, and closely supports logistics integration activities for the program.

The ideal candidate has strong program management and communication skills and has the ability to work well within a collaborative team.  The candidate can effectively balance multiple projects and deadlines and has experience understanding supply chain, technical publications, support equipment, and knowledge of the F-15 platform. The selected candidate will be customer-facing and in addition to executing BGS scope, must be capable of building relationships with their external customers while also maintaining close coordination with BDS counterparts to ensure a consistent one-Boeing approach.


Position Responsibilities:

The position will support the F-15 EPAWSS Program through cross-functional integration within the Boeing Global Services organization. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working integration efforts associated with F-15 collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, and Technical Publications.
  • The position will be responsible for supporting several meetings with the United States Air Force customer on a recurring basis.
  • Candidate should be familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ years experience in project management
  • 6+ years working with Microsoft Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • EVM experience required
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to successfully complete fast pace projects


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor and 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • Project management certification
  • 6+ years experience working aircraft modification/retrofit/aircraft production

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Mid-Level Summary Pay Range: $90,950 - $123,050
